(Serves 2-3 people) Insalata Mista (mixed organic spring greens) Ravioli di Spinaci (Home-made ravioli stuffed with spinach and Italian ricotta, in a light tomato sauce) Vitello Arrosto e Patate (Oven-roasted veal with rosemary and Italian spices. Served with roasted potatoes) or Monkfish, baked in the oven, with porri (leeks) & mushrooms. Served with rosemary-roasted potatoes. $55

Insalata d’aranci & finocchi
(thinly sliced organic fennel with oranges, walnuts, capers, gorgonzola in a champagne vinaigrette)
 Petto di pollo alla parmigiana (thinly sliced organic chicken breast, breaded & sauteed in a marinara sauce)
Homemade Tiramisu (layers of espresso drenched sponge cake divided by mascarpone, dusted with cocoa)
Comes with homemade foccaccia, vegetables and rosemary, oven-roasted potatoes


Menu 3 Ceasar salad (organic romaine lettuce with anchovies, fresh parmigiano from parma & capers)
